Have more options and behavior choices within building blocks for when a promotion timer ends. Tie all promotions to a single timer or have each offer have its own timer for more flexibility. Once a timer expires, have the option to either not show blocks or show alternate messaging after a connected timer expires.

For example, currently, the sticky bar message with 'real urgency' setting shows with the timer while the timer is running, but once the timer expires, the time doesn't show anymore; however, the current problem is that the sticky bar still displays the promotion text, and it appears like the promotion is still active.
