When a new offer is triggered, its block should be the first block shown before moving to older blocks.

We should be able to set block priority for which block is shown AND/OR the biggest discount block should take priority.

Hi there Chris,
This can be achieved today using the "Order (when multiple product page banners are displayed)" field, available when you edit a "Product banner" building block in an offer.
Note that you'll want to set the option "Display all product page banners that are applicable to the product" in the settings of the app (Settings > Building blocks > Product banner).
Does that work for your use case?
